[New Ethics of Food Release] A Mellon Foundation funded/Humanities Without Walls project organized by Michigan State University, Pennsylvania State University, Ohio State University, and University of Wisconsin on the New Ethics of Food is working to build a community of researchers and practitioners addressing food systems challenges in the Midwest. Scholars and engaged practitioners are invited to join The Midwest Food Ethics Network, a dynamic new community hosted online at foodethics.publicphilosophyjournal.org. We are working toward an interactive platform where individuals can share their stories, promote upcoming events, and find potential collaborators across regions and disciplines. Your online profile will help fellow scholars and practitioners find one another in light of shared interests, experience and expertise. Additionally, adding your information to the platform will help visualize the Midwest Food Ethics Network at the community level in order to identify collective strengths as well as gaps.
